Muzaffarnagar ( pronunciation , Hindi: मुज़फ्फरनगर, Moo'zaffar'nagar) is a city and a municipal board in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Barasat (/ˈbɑːrəˌsʌt/; Bengali: বারাসাত Barasat) is a city in the outskirts of Kolkata, West Bengal India and is the district headquarters of the district North 24 Parganas.
